Aromas of caramel and dark berries, such as blueberries, also chocolate and tobacco.

PALATE
Balanced mouthfeel; smooth, unctuous and ripe on the palate, with a nutty finish and a refined tannin texture, reminiscent of an excellent harvest.

AGEING
Aged for at least 12 months in oak barrels.

PAIRING
Ideal paired with roasts and heavily spiced dishes, cheeses, rice dishes, lamb chops with rosemary, spring lamb chops, risotto, osso buco and grilled vegetables.
