Surprising for intensity and elegance; ripe berries and spices flavours, smooth and seductive taste, with a lingering finish.

AGEING
Aged 6 months in 500 L tonneaux.

PAIRING 
Excellent with pasta, salads, spicy dishes
and aged cheeses.
