APPEARANCE
A medium intensity garnet red color.

NOSE
Bouquet with aromas of leather, black tea, fig, coffee beans, roasted plum and cherries.

PALATE
On the palate it is elegant and harmonious, with a round, lively, dry-yet-fruity medium-full body and a warming, intricate, medium-long finish, with chewy, crunchy tannins, exotic spices and a light oak flavor.

AGEING
One year élevage in French oak barrels and one year in concrete tanks.

PAIRING 
Excellent with grilled red meats, roasts, game and aged cheeses.
