Plaimont Sauvignon Blanc Côtes de Gascogne IGP is an exuberant, incredibly refreshing white wine from Southwest France. Made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc, it offers an intensely aromatic style that bridges the gap between classic French minerality and the punchy tropical traits of New Zealand.

Long marked by powerful and structured wines, Madiran offers a new interpretation with Apéro'Nautes 2023. This vintage breaks the codes by highlighting a fresh and fruity Tannat, obtained thanks to a short maceration and aging in vats which preserves all the delicacy of the grape variety. The result: a red with a supple texture, intense aromas of cherry and raspberry, perfect for an aperitif with friends.

Over the centuries, the Jouffreau family at Clos de Gamot, has cultivated vines, produced wine and lived to the rhythm of the moments of glory or misfortune of Cahors wine. The most serious misfortune came in 1882, with phylloxera that began to attack the Clos de Gamot vineyard: Guillaume Jouffreau had just saved the Clos de Gamot vineyard but also the entire Cahors vineyard that will be replanted largely thanks to the clones coming from the Clos de Gamot, a 15-hectare vineyard with a single grape variety, Malbec, on a magnificent clay-limestone-silica terroir, with pebbles and flint.

Clos de Gamot represents today the most 'traditional' aspect of Cahors, having been one of the most innovative in the region. No barriques here; the aging, which lasts about two years, is done only in the 'Foudres' and the 'Demi-Muids', producing wines that never play on the abundance of primary aromas.

Plaimont invites you to discover a whole universe of native varietals from South-West France. The cuvée PAN brings together Colombard and Petit Manseng in a unique blend offering a wonderful balance between freshness and sweetness. Influenced by the Atlantic Ocean to the west and the Pyrenees to the south, the particular microclimate of Gascony alone determines the freshness and aromatic typicity of the wines of the area. The Colombard expresses here all its aromatic freshness while the Petit Manseng, harvested later, brings complexity and delicacy.
