APPEARANCE
Bright, pale yellow with green tints.

NOSE
A zesty, delicate nose featuring grapefruit, ripe peach, white flowers, subtle herbaceous notes like freshly cut grass or gooseberry.

PALATE
Round and well-balanced with a zingy acidity. It offers a pithy texture and flavors of lemon zest, green apple, and a refined mineral finish.

PAIRING
Designed as a refreshing aperitif but it also pairs excellently with grilled or smoked fish, ceviche, and shellfish. Classically paired with fresh goat cheese and light starters, as asparagus, pesto dishes, and cold cuts.
