APPEARANCE
Dark cherry in colour.

NOSE
Aromas of warm summer berry pudding, strawberries, blackberries and stewed plum with wafts of vanilla cream, toasted brioche and wild herbs.

PALATE
The palate is rich and soft, layers of dark fruit with melt-in-the-mouth tannins, with hints of coffee, hazelnut, chocolate and vanilla and on a long, smooth finish.

AGEING
Aged in oak barrels for 12 months with a minimum 6 months more in bottle.

PAIRING
Serve this soft, rich and silky smooth wine with slow-roasted pork shoulder in smokey barbecue sauce.

APPEARANCE
Light to medium bodied in appearance, bright ruby in colour with violet reflections.

NOSE
Very easy-drinking “joven” style, young, unoaked and packed with ripe strawberries, red cherries and spiced plum on the nose.

PALATE
The palate is fresh and fruity on the open, tangy berry and currant flavours with a nice mineral touch, drying tannins providing structure and a clean, lip-smacking finish.

PAIRING
Serve with your favourite tapas, potatas bravas or chorizo in chilli oil, or just a fine wedge of Manchego.
