APPEARANCE
Dark purple in colour.

NOSE
Lingering scents of dark cherry and olive, in a very good expression of both place and variety.

PALATE
This Shiraz is a velvety-rich and smooth wine with bright red berries and pepper spice on the palate which complete this wine for a lasting impression.

AGEING
Fermentation completed in barrel, with 18 months’ maturation, followed by individual barrel selection.

PAIRING
A rich and hearty red wine that would pair with a variety of meats, such as Souvlaki, Peking duck or lamb tagine, and cheeses or just enjoy it on its own.
