APPEARANCE
Deep, rich ruby red color in the glass.

NOSE
On the nose, enticing bouquet of dark fruits such as blackcurrant, blackberry, and hints of plum, with subtle notes of tobacco and cedar from oak aging.

PALATE
The palate is full-bodied and structured, with flavors of ripe blackberries, cherries, and a touch of cassis. The wine offers well integrated tannins and a balanced acidity, creating a smooth and satisfying mouthfeel.

AGEING
70% of the wine ages for 10 months in half French and American Oak, 30% of the wine ages in stainless steel tanks.

PAIRING
Root:1 Cabernet pairs wonderfully with a range of dishes, especially those with rich and savory flavors, such as grilled rib-eye steak, roasted lamb, aged cheeses and dark chocolate desserts.
