Montelliana, Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG Extra Dry is a delicate sparkling wine from the grape variety Glera and created to celebrate the year when the winery was founded: 1957. A sparkling wine made by natural fermentation with the Charmat method, obtained from a selection of the best grapes from the hill area of DOCG Asolo.

<p><strong>PALATE</strong><br />
The taste is sapid, pleasantly lightweight and low in alcohol.</p>

White wine method with soft pressing, Charmat fermentation method.</p>
<p><strong>PAIRING</strong><br />
Ideal as an aperitif, but also perfect with all courses of the meal when served with fish and white meat dishes. Serve at 6-8° C.</p>
