At its best with beef cheeks with potato and parsnip mash.

Lifted aromas of blueberry compote and cassis, with a dried mint lift balanced with a sweet vanilla oak note.

PALATE
Ripe mulberry and blackberry flavours are complemented with fine notes of cedar and mocha.
Finishing with a silky length of integrated tannins and subtle oak.

AGEING
Matured in a combination of French and Hungarian oak in order to suit each parcel, for a period of 15-18 months.

Excellent with lamb leg with an herb and pomegranate cous-cous salad.

Enticing aromas of strawberries, musk sticks and rose petals.

PALATE
The palate is succulent with fresh juicy wild berries and fruits of the forest, accentuated with a baking spice note.
The lovely crisp and dry finish retains the vinosity and character of the red varieties used in the blend.

AGEING
After careful selection, the final blend is assembled and lightly fined before bottling.

Try it with grilled fish with lime and herb butter sauce atop a fennel salad.

Enhanced aroma of blackcurrant leaf, passionfruit, melon, and dried herbal notes.

PALATE
Crisp and clean palate with lashing of fresh tropical fruits of guava and lychee.
Green apple and nectarine acidity provides excellent length of flavour.

AGEING
The wine was only lightly fined before bottling to retain its vinosity.

It tastes amazing with Kingfish ceviche with avocado and finger lime dressing.

NOSE
Lifted intense varietal characteristics of white nectarine, lemon and crème brulee notes.

PALATE
Clean stone fruit and citrus dominate the palate, with almond meal, and creamy notes, enabled by yeast lees autolysis.
Vanilla, shortbread are also integrated with the fruit and cream characters, with fruit acidity, providing length and freshness to the palate.

AGEING
Ageing over 10 months in French barriques, individually tasted and selected for the final blend.

PAIRING
Chicken satay over jasmine rice, creamy seafood or mushroom risotto.
