Clean on the entry, full, enhanced by white fleshed fruit notes and with well balanced acidity.

AGEING
Aged on its fine lees in stainless steel or concrete vats for 3-4 months.

PAIRING
Ideal for aperitif but also with fried zucchini, crostini with fresh goat-cheese, fish soup or stuffed vegetables. With meat it goes really well with roasted chicken and beef stew. As dessert, try it with roasted peaches with almonds and crème caramel.

Powerful, complex and dark nose with spice, red berries and delicate floral aromas.

PALATE
Powerful, concentrated and structured attack with a tinge of silky tannins.

PAIRING
Serve it as an aperitif or with chicken liver on toast, beef carpaccio, roasted vegetables, lamb kebabs, veal, swordfish steak or goat cheese and dark chocolate at the end of the meal.

Pale yellow colour with gold tints.

NOSE
The wine shows aromas of white fruits, juicy pear and flower blossoms.

PALATE
Suave, gourmand and very well-balanced, the palate shows a great freshness and persistency.

Serve it as an aperitif or with crab meat, shellfish, vegetable soup, tagliatelle pasta and vegetable lasagna or apple croustade at the end of the meal.

Brilliant and pale yellow with green tints.

NOSE
Very open, we find citrus aromas and notes of grapefruit and ripe fruit.

PALATE
An ample, rich and fruity attack. Good acidity and flavors of ripe fruit give a great persistancy.
