APPEARANCE
Intense ruby.

NOSE
Splendid rich red fruit aromas tinged with clove, cinnamon and paprika. Subtle vanilla notes blend with ripe red-plum and cherry aromas on the nose.

PALATE
A spicy complex wine with rich red fruit nose and flavors of cherries, dried prunes and licorice overlaid on spicy oak notes.

AGEING
The wine ages for 12 months in oak barrels and bottled with minimum filtration.

PAIRING
Excellent with red meats, pig with creamy sauces and semi-mature cheeses.

Enjoy the complex nose of prunes, ground pepper, dried leaves and a smooth creamy mouthfeel with rich flavors of blueberries, chocolate and spices.

The nose reveals rblackberries and jammy fruit aromas with touches of cassis, tobacco and chocolate.

PALATE
A restrained and youthful style. Leafy herbal notes with flavours of plum and blackcurrant complete the palate.

AGEING
The wine is fermented in small steel tanks, then undergoes malolactic fermentation in oak barrels for 12 months and is bottled with minimum filtration.

PAIRING
Ideal for red meat, spaghetti and pork chops.
