DiGiorgio Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon

TECHNICAL DATA
Alcohol 13.5%

APPEARANCE
Deep crimson, almost opaque with purple highlights.

NOSE
Dark fruits of blackcurrant, blackberry and blood plum combine with cedar spice on the nose.

PALATE
Full bodied, dense and concentrated, with fine tannins which provide seamless line and length. The 2022 vintage saw excellent concentration of fruit characters resulting in a rich, full bodied red wine.

AGEING
18 months in French and American oak barriques and hogsheads; 35% first use, 35% second use, 30% older.

PAIRING
Enjoy it with char grilled rib eye steak.

READINESS FOR DRINKING
It is ready to consume now, though it will drink well for at least 10 years.

TECHNICAL DATA
Alcohol 14%

APPEARANCE
Deep crimson with purple hues.

NOSE
This elegant Shiraz has ripe raspberry and cracked pepper on the nose.

PALATE
The 2021 has a full bodied with chocolate and spice on the palate, finishing with smooth and velvety tannins and toasty vanilla oak. Time in bottle will see even more complexity develop, with an increase in cedar and savoury characters.

AGEING
18 Months in French and American oak, 35% first use, 65% second use.

PAIRING
Try with chargrilled lamb and baby eggplant.

READINESS FOR DRINKING
It will cellar well in appropriate conditions for 8-10 years.
