APPEARANCE
Medium to deep garnet-purple colored.

NOSE
First impression in the glass, the wine leads with concentrated blackcurrant and notes of violet florals and a cedar touch.

PALATE
Properly structured as befits a wine from Saint-Estèphe, this also has great black fruits, ripe and already pushing forward.

AGEING
The wine is aged for 12 months in oak barrels, 45% of which are new.

PAIRING
Best served with all types of classic meat dishes, from veal and pork, to roast chicken and grilled dishes.
