APPEARANCE
A pleasant garnet color.

NOSE
Enchanting aromas of red and black berries come out in the nose, heightened by spicy undertones. The bouquet stands out for its fresh and pure character.

PALATE
In the mouth, the attack is fresh, with good acidity delivering a tinge of menthol. The palate is equally dynamic and soft, carried by beautiful and well matured tannins. This 2019 is very elegant, showing a juicy and aromatic finale. A true delicacy.

AGEING
Aged in 50% new and 50% second-fill casks.

PAIRING
The combination with grilled leg of lamb served with roasted rosemary potatoes and braised vegetables should definitely be tried.
