APPEARANCE
Brilliant and limpid yellow colour.

NOSE
On the nose complex and intense notes of white fruits, citrus, and white flowers.

PALATE
On the palate this Bordeaux Blanc is quite big, rounded and silky with freshness to bring balance and length.

AGEING
The wine was aged on the lees for 3 months in stainless steel tank.

PAIRING
Excellent as an aperitif, it also goes very well with poultry and salads.

READINESS FOR DRINKING
Ready to drink between 1 and 4 years.
