Located in Odenas (Rhône), the Domaine de la Chaize extends over 250 hectares, including 99 hectares of vines, which makes it the largest property in one piece in Beaujolais cru. Today, the Château is the emblem of the most prestigious Beaujolais Cru estate.
Plot with a moderate to significant slope, made up of very porous surface soil, with a high sand content, favoring deep root exploration. APPEARANCE
A dark ruby with purple reflections.

NOSE
The nose is open on black and red fruits. The graphite presence is lighter, the wine is more based on the generosity of the fruits, where a sweeter and more stewed tone well defines the fruit.

PALATE
The palate is rich, opulent, with a full and pulpy heart. The whole is unifying with well-coated tannins. At this stage of youth, the quality of the fruit quenches the thirst.

AGEING
8 months in a oak vat.

PAIRING
Pair with all meats, chicken, mushrooms, and strong cheeses.

APPEARANCE
Bright purple color.

NOSE
Pronounced aromas of black cherry, raspberry and strawberry on the nose with delicate notes of cloves and smoke.

PALATE
The taste has a good balance with freshness and aromas of red fruit with fine tannins in the fine aftertaste.

AGEING
100% in large wooden vats (foudres).

PAIRING
Delicious with Mediterranean dishes, roast chicken, duck breast, beef tartare, as well as vegetarian dishes. Excellent with classic French dishes in creamy sauces or Chinese cuisine.

Bright ruby red with purple reflections.

NOSE
A very typical Brouilly on the nose, in which Gamay expresses itself in all its freshness and crunchiness.

PALATE
Pleasant and balanced, resisting its silky tannins and its delicate fruity profile will be really difficult.

AGEING
50% in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks and 50% in large wooden vats.

PAIRING
Recommended with scrambled eggs, rabbit, roast beef, sausages or Crottin de Chavignol.
