APPEARANCE
Dark ruby red.

NOSE
This wine seduces with its complex and refined nose, where notes of ripe red and black fruits, accompanied by nuances of tobacco, undergrowth and truffle.

PALATE
On the palate, the wine presents a beautiful freshness and a silky texture. The tannins, perfectly integrated, provide a subtle structure with notes of candied fruits , cocoa and spices. The finish is elegant, marked by a beautiful maturity, leaving an impression of softness and balance.

AGEING
In French oak barrels, 50% new and 50% in 1 year old.

PAIRING
It goes wonderfully with a pork tenderloin with mushrooms, a truffle risotto or even a rack of roast lamb with herbs.
