APPEARANCE
Bright cherry red colour.

NOSE
Wine with a light aroma of balsamic herbs, berries and notes of cherry.

PALATE
The palate is dominated by black berries in combination with spices, tones of coffee and a hint of liquorice.

AGEING
Aged in a mix 70% American oak and 30% French barrels.

PAIRING
Great by itself or with grilled red meat, poultry, cheeses, foie gras and sausages.
