TECHNICAL DATA
Alcohol 14%

APPEARANCE
Ruby color with orange trim.

NOSE
Very intense, with aromas of vanilla, coffee, spice and ripe fruit, along with notes typical of bottle aging (leather, tea leaves, tobacco).

PALATE
On the palate it is soft and silky, with a lot of personality.
Very long and pleasant finish.

AGEING
Aged for 24 months in new oak barrels (75% French and 25% American).

PAIRING
It harmonises perfectly with roast meats (especially lamb), grilled vine chops, game stews, fish in sauce, cured and smoked cheeses and chocolate desserts.
