TECHNICAL DATA

APPEARANCE
Classic ruby red color with tile tones.

NOSE
Very complex and intense nose, with fine aromas of ageing perfectly blended: vanilla, spices and aromatic herbs.

PALATE
On the palate, it is balanced and elegant, standing out for its freshness and a long and intense finish that leaves a concentrated and persistent impression.

AGEING
The wine is aged for 24 months in 225-litre American and French oak barrels. The wine is aged in bottle for 2 years before release.

PAIRING
It pairs particularly well with roasted lamb, lamb chops, fish in sauce and smoked and aged cheeses. Excellent wine to accompany chocolate desserts.
