TECHNICAL DATA

APPEARANCE
Bright ruby red colour.

NOSE
It has the fresh and juicy fruit of a young wine, combined with the touch of spicy oak flavours.

PALATE
Exceptionally soft palate, pleasant and easy to drink.

AGEING
Made from 100% Tempranillo grapes fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. 75% of the wine is kept in those tanks for three months and 25% spends this time in used oak barrels.

PAIRING
Soft and round, Finca La Selva Tempranillo is a fine wine to be enjoyed by itself, but is also great to drink alongside a wide range of tapas, or easy Spanish dishes like a good paella!
