APPEARANCE
Brilliant and pale yellow with green tints.
NOSE
Very open, we find citrus aromas and notes of grapefruit and ripe fruit.
PALATE
An ample, rich and fruity attack. Good acidity and flavors of ripe fruit give a great persistancy.
PAIRING
Serve it as an aperitif or with crab meat, shellfish, vegetable soup, tagliatelle pasta and vegetable lasagna or apple croustade at the end of the meal.
