Les Indomptables cuvée pays tribute to the men who cultivate the vine despite its whims. These winegrowers have a perfect understanding of the vine and its land, but they must deal with the hazards it throws their way. The vine cannot be tamed, it must be domesticated. This blend is full of aromatic freshness of the garrigue, with notes of thyme, bay leaf, rosemary, associated with small red and black fruits.
