APPEARANCE
Vibrant and deep ruby-purple colored.

NOSE
This Sirène de Giscours 2017 offers floral and red fruit notes, with violet and dried flower plus a touch of herbs.

PALATE
The palate shows spicy and tobacco notes on the finish, brought by the Cabernets, both Sauvignon and Franc. It is a very fine wine, with silky tannins.

AGEING
17 months in 50% new French oak barrels.

PAIRING
In the kitchen, the Sirène can be enjoyed with red meat, poultry or game.

READINESS FOR DRINKING
A wine of great finesse with a satin texture that will be appreciated today and for several years to come.
