Intense red to garnet color.

NOSE
Fruit driven nose with mainly ripe black fruits: blackcurrant, blackberry, raspberry.

PALATE
A soft wine, showing on the palate some attractive black fruits, light tannins and a suggestion of oak in the finish.

VINIFICATION
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks, with regulated temperature.

PAIRING
To match with roasted chicken, sauted mushrooms and cheese.
