The wine aged in French oak casks for a period of 9 months.

PAIRING
Great for meat, cheese and pasta dishes.

PALATE
The tasting reveals flavours of ripe fruit, jam and hints of spices. Complex, with soft but firm tannins.

AGEING
Partial ageing in 225L French oak barrels.

PAIRING
It goes well with pasta dishes, cheeses and most red meat dishes.
