APPEARANCE
Intense ruby colour.

NOSE
Extremely rich aromas with predominance of red ripe frutis and some floral notes, well integrated with notes of spices coming from the ageing in French and American oak.

PALATE
In the mouth it shows great complexity with notes of plums and blackberries. The finish is rich and elegant.

AGEING
The wine aged for 8 months in French and American oak barrels.

PAIRING
Colossal Reserva goes perfectly with game, barbecue and roasted vegetables

Concentrated aroma with pleasant notes of ripe red fruit combined with floral notes.

PALATE
In the mouth it has a great structure with combined notes of ripe black fruit and spice, firm and ripe tannins. Rich, elegant with a long, persistent finish.

PAIRING
It goes well as an accompaniment to game and cheese.
